About HiKOKI

HiKOKI is a new brand name for what was formerly known as Hitachi Koki, a company headquartered in Japan with over 70 years of experience in the tool industry. Founded in 1948 as Hitachi, this brand has been built on a proven legacy and now aims to deliver the next generation of power tool innovation by breaking boundaries in inventive designs and incorporating breakthrough tool technology. We currently stock a range of replacement batteries and chargers that will ensure you are never caught short on a job and you have a replacement power pack or a means to recharge if needed! We also are able to supply high-quality multi-blowers to help you get your outdoor spaces in order by removing debris. This range will continue to grow with HiKOKI’s new releases.

HiKOKI Warranty

HiKOKI have a first-class after care service for your tools. They offer a 3 year heavy-duty warranty scheme where any cordless and electric power tools are covered for 3 years. In October 2018, they made the decision to not require registration either but to simply ask for your proof of purchase. Recently, new HiKOKI cordless brushless tools in the 18V and 36V (Multi Volt) ranges now come with an extended 5 year warranty. However, to register the extra two years you need to complete a warranty registration form on the HiKOKI website. Correct at the time of writing – April 2022.
