Green 3mm U-pins are used for securing GrassMesh, membranes, rubber grass mats and artifical grass where a discreet fixing is required.

About Our Green 3mm Diameter U-Pins
These 3mm diameter u-pins are made from a mild steel wire before being coated in an anti-corrosion green paint. The pins are coated in the paint to prolong the life of the fixing whilst making it a discreet pin that can be used with artificial grass, mesh and membranes. Being 170mm long and 40mm wide, each pin will give you a secure fixing that can connect two pieces of turf or mesh together whilst giving you a strong anchor to keep everything in place.
Why Should I Use The Green U-Pins?
Our green u-pins give you a secure and almost hidden fixing for use with green products or on grassed areas. A good fixing is essential for securing your artificial grass, meshes and membranes as without sufficient anchoring the products can be easily pulled up or moved around which is not what you need when walking, cycling or even driving over the new flooring product.
Installation is quick and simple; simply layout your artificial grass, membrane or mesh before inserting a U-Pin/Staple into the ground at approximately 1m intervals ensuring that the staple sits flush with the surrounding ground level. If the ground is hard and it is difficult to push the staple into the ground, use a rubber or wooden mallet to hammer each pin/staple into the ground.
