How do you cut RecoEdge?
Use a fine tooth saw or something similar to cut RecoEdge to size.

Install and secure RecoEdge using RecoStakes (4 sizes available), we recommend using roughly 1 stake per 1 metre length
Are the Stakes included with the RecoEdge?
No, the stakes are not included but can be purchased separately.

Any advice on cutting my grass with edging now installed?
Carefully cut your grass up to the edging, you don’t want to damage your lawnmower or your edging. Then using a strimmer carefully finish off the edges of your lawn.

RecoEdge is a spectacular, attractive edging solution which is manufactured from post-consumer recycled plastic, perfect for creating distinguished separations between two or more landscaped areas. Ideal for use around vegetable patches, pathways, flower beds, lawns, patios and so much more, this ingenious product will provide you with a beautiful and long-lasting division. Available in three colours, grey, brown and black, we’re certain to have a suitable RecoEdge roll to add to the overall appearance of your outdoor space or garden. Being crafted from recycled plastic, this textured edging carries a host of advantages from the plastic including being strong, tough, flexible, weather-resistant, strimmer-resistant and rot-resistant. Due to this fabulous edging solution being crafted using purely post-consumer recycled plastic waste, you are also providing a second life to discarded items whilst also reducing plastic pollution which may otherwise end up in the ocean or landfill.
Please note, although every effort has been made to sort the materials prior to manufacturing, there may still be other recycled materials found in this edging.
The RecoEdge installation process is straightforward too with the use of grey RecoStakes which are available in a range of lengths to meet your requirements. To install, simply dig a trench in the location you wish to place the edging before pushing the RecoEdge vertically into the trench. Next, mallet or push a RecoStake at approximate 1m intervals just behind the edging and screw the edging to the stake using a chipboard screw. Finally, with your edging in place and secure, back-fill the area to create a smooth surface before landscaping the area as you wish.
