Love the product but unfortunately parts were missing from 2 of the boxes and I was unable to complete my project. I contacted customer services, after weekend, and they sent out missing items first class mail. Invoice has ‘packed by @##’ ‘checked by #@#’ obviously not.🙄
It is a pity that you do not provide fasteners with the rubber mats as a matter of course. Other sellers do! Otherwise your service is good and delivery was prompt and efficient.
Ordering was simple and straightforward, with the items arriving promptly.On using the product I was disappointed to discover some parts had become damaged either before or in transit.On reporting I found customer service to be rude and unapologeticl for the state of the items on receipt. Took 3 emails to get a ‘sorry’ from them. As the plastic seems to have broken off the panels quite easily then worried about the durability of this product and can they stand up to the job. Wonder if the extra cost over alternatives was worth it?Also, did not always find it easy to use; interlocking the base panels together was difficult with the slots being tight in places. Worried I would break the item if forced.

I want to refund but the express very expensive.lose half of the products money.
